Company Status & Liability Disclaimer

Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is a Nevada Limited Liability Company (LLC). All services are performed as an independent contractor. By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Reno Carson Gutters, LLC, its owners, members, managers, and employees shall not be held personally liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from the performance of work, except as required by applicable Nevada law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to water intrusion, structural movement, landscaping damage, or interior damage not directly caused by proven negligent installation.

Licensing, Bonding & Insurance

Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor operating in the State of Nevada in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Contractor license is maintained in good standing

  • Performance bonding is in place for customer protection

  • General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage are maintained as required by law

Proof of licensing, bonding, and insurance is available upon request.

Estimates & Pricing Terms

  • All estimates are non-binding unless included in a signed written agreement.

  • Pricing is subject to change due to:

    • Material cost fluctuations

    • Unforeseen site conditions

    • Structural issues not visible at time of estimate

    • Weather delays or access limitations

  • Any additional work outside the original scope requires written approval and may result in added cost.

Scheduling & Delays

Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material supply chain issues

  • Acts of God

  • Customer access restrictions

  • Other circumstances beyond company control

Estimated completion timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area

  • Remove vehicles, pets, and personal items from work zones

  • Disclose any hidden hazards, prior damage, or structural issues

  • Understand that some minor disturbance to landscaping, paint, or fascia may occur as a normal part of installation

Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions.

Workmanship & Warranty

Any workmanship warranty offered by Reno Carson Gutters, LLC applies only to labor and only for the period stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and are governed solely by the manufacturer.

No warranties—express or implied—apply beyond those explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as outlined in the service agreement

  • Deposits may be required prior to scheduling

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may be subject to:

    • Late fees

    • Collection costs

    • Legal recovery of balances owed

Non-payment may result in filing of a mechanics lien where permitted by Nevada law.

Property & Damage Limitations

While every effort is made to protect customer property, Reno Carson Gutters, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Hidden rot or structural failures

  • Pre-existing fascia, rafter, or siding damage

  • Underground utilities not properly marked

  • Electrical or irrigation systems not properly disclosed

Media & Marketing Use

By hiring Reno Carson Gutters, LLC, the customer grants permission for photos and videos of the completed work to be used for marketing unless written notice of refusal is provided prior to project start.

Governing Law

All agreements, disputes, or claims shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
